Honour for star apprentice

Bradley Delfino is congratulated by Andy Parker

Bradley Delfino, an apprentice joiner at KMI, has secured the title of Apprentice of the Year by the National Construction College.

Bradley was taken on two years ago and since then has been attending the Bircham & Newton training programme on form work.

In June Bradley received a letter to tell him that he was nominated for a top award.  Just by being nominated he received vouchers to the value of £100. He found out that he had won the award when he attended the Celebration Awards event in Kings Lynn on Thursday 19th July and was presented with his trophy and an additional £100 in vouchers by celebrity builder Tommy Walsh.

KMI’s contracts manager Andy Parker said the whole team was incredibly proud of their apprentice’s achievements:

“Bradley has done really well. All the early starts, working in all weathers and studying on top has paid off for him. He should be very satisfied with his success.”

KMI would like to congratulate Bradley for achieving this impressive accolade. We hope this award inspires both Bradley and other colleagues to further develop their skills.
